Terms of Service

You must be at least 16 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at security@binqo.eu if you suspect unauthorised access.

The Service is organised into workspaces. The workspace owner controls membership, roles, and deletion. Admins and managers see only aggregated, anonymised team wellbeing data and never individual responses.

• Do not use the Service to harass, surveil, or coerce employees.
• Do not attempt to derive individual wellbeing data from aggregate views.
• Do not reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the Service.
• Do not upload unlawful, infringing, or malicious content.
• Comply with all applicable laws, including labour and data-protection laws.

Violations may result in suspension or termination, with or without notice.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing on at least 30 days' notice; changes apply at your next renewal. Trials convert to paid plans only with your explicit consent.

You retain all rights to the data you submit. You grant Binqo a limited, worldwide licence to host, process, and display that data solely to operate the Service and as described in our Privacy Policy. You represent that you have the rights necessary to grant this licence.

Binqo is a workplace wellbeing tool, not a medical device. Content and recommendations are for general informational purposes and are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified clinician for medical concerns.

The Service may integrate with third-party providers (e.g. Google Calendar, wearable platforms). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms; we are not responsible for their availability or content.

The Service, including software, design, and content created by Binqo, is owned by Binqo and protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. Account deletion enters a 30-day grace period before permanent erasure. We may suspend or terminate the Service for material breach of these Terms with reasonable notice where practicable.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your requirements.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Binqo's aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenue, or data.

You agree to indemnify Binqo against claims arising from your misuse of the Service or breach of these Terms, except to the extent caused by our negligence or wilful misconduct.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved by the courts of Stockholm, Sweden, unless mandatory consumer law in your country of residence requires otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised version here and, for material changes, give at least 14 days' notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
